We serve people of all ages and backgrounds. No matter who you are, what you have done in life, or what you believe, we treat everyone as valued individuals and do our best to be a blessing to everyone who comes through our doors. We love because Christ first loved us.
If you are lonely or need a welcoming place to hang out… if you require clothing, household items, or any thrift type items, please visit us.
We have a Welcome Center lounge area where visitors can talk, snack, pray, read, or just come in to get out of the hot or cold weather. Snacks and drinks are served while you are with us. Occasionally, we even have delicious Sandy’s Donuts!
Open Doors 65 provides used clothing and shoes for ALL AGES and genders. Household items, such as dishes, bedding, and decor, are also available.
We have a very limited food pantry you can utilize if needed, and we also have free Narcan and Covid tests.
Bibles, magazines, and many books are available at NO COST.
If you have a need for prayer or have prayer requests, please let our staff know. If you need hope and help, or information on community resources, do tell us. We are here to lend a hand in anyway we can.
1. We will take your name, address (if you have one) and number in household. You do not need proof of public assistance. We go on trust that you need help/assistance.
2. You will be assigned a number. This is your shopping number, as we do help each shopper in finding certain items. While you wait your turn, you are able to browse our free section items, have snacks, and talk with our friendly volunteer staff or other visitors.
3. When it’s your turn to shop, a volunteer will call you and assist with finding what you need. You get a certain number of items for free, per quarter. We help you find items that will benefit or bless you or your family. We are well organized and you get 10-20 minutes on the shopping floor. We have a bathroom and fitting room as well.
4. When you are finished shopping, you are free to return to our Welcome Center lounge area.
